Full Service Planning

This package is best suited for those couples who feel the most comfortable having a wedding professional by their side throughout the entire planning process.

We will be a part of every aspect of planning your day. Together we will determine how you want your event to look and feel, and then we’ll find the talented industry professionals who best suit your needs, design and budget!

The Epiphany Events & Design team will also coordinate logistics with vendors and suppliers, create a detailed and personalized event book, organize timelines and scheduling for the days leading up to (and including) the wedding, styling on the day of and everything in between!

Full Wedding Planning and Coordination can include:

  • Comprehensive venue search –  recommendation, research, analysis, visits & contract review
  • Regular scheduled planning meetings (Skype, phone or in-person)
  • Budget preparation, allocation, recommendations
  • Recommendation for all vendors, attendance at meetings & facilitation of vendor bookings
  • Advice on wedding etiquette and stationary wording
  • Sourcing unique items and services
  • Recommendations on where to shop for wedding attire and accessories
  • Theme and style development for a comprehensive look, including colours, design, rentals & decor
  • Development of detailed wedding day itinerary
  • Coordination of the wedding rehearsal
  • Creation of wedding day documents to distribute to vendors, helpers and wedding party
  • Wedding planning spreadsheet with month to month to do list to assist in planning

Partial Planning & Coordination

Whether you’re in the GTA or Niagara, one thing is true – your options are almost endless! At times, couples simply become overwhelmed with all of the choices, so a little help in the planning department can go a long way!

Partial service planning is best for couples who have an overall design concept in mind and aren’t afraid to tackle the planning head on; they might just need a little assistance along the way.

We’re always happy to review your plans, let you know if something has been missed and of course help coordinate the big day by communicating with vendors, creating individualized timelines and then being there the day of to make sure everything goes smoothly and according to your plan.

 

 

 

 

Partial planning services typically includes:

  • Up to 10 hours of consultations to be used for planning purposes determined by you.
  • Coordination of the wedding rehearsal
  • Wedding planning spreadsheet to assist in creating your itinerary and details
  • One planning meeting to discuss final details
  • Couples typically use these 10 hours for:
    • Creating a detailed budget and monthly to do list
    • Vendor recommendations – photo/video, DJ/band, officiant, flowers/decor, cake, etc
    • Sourcing unique or hard to find items/services
    • Dedicated decor planning
    • Planning meetings
    • Vendor visits
    • Itinerary planning
    • Creating an inspiration board for decor
    • Final venue meeting
    • Creating an itinerary package for helpers, vendors and wedding party

Month of Coordination

Perfect for the couple who wants to plan their big day, but as they reach the final stretch, realize that they need a professional to handle the execution.

The week of your wedding should be focussed on celebrating with family and friends while getting pampered yourself. On the morning of your wedding, the last thing you should be worrying about is if the florist made it to the church on time, or if Uncle Jim's last minute meal change got discussed with the caterer. Leave that to us.

Beginning 4 weeks prior to your big day, we will meet and discuss all of the details and plans you have set in place. At that point, Epiphany Events & Design will act as a liaison between you and the vendors, creating a detailed day-of itinerary and keeping everyone informed. 

As with our other packages, we will be on site for your rehearsal as well as on the day of your wedding to coordinate with vendors to bring your plans together and ensure everything runs smoothly. 

 

The Month Of Coordination includes:

  • Assist in creating your itinerary and thinking through all details realted to the wedding day
  • Review of draft schedule one month in advance of wedding
  • One complimentary meeting 3-4 weeks in advance of wedding to discuss last minute details and expectations
  • Correspondence with vendors to confirm details the week before the wedding
  • Coordination and presence at the wedding rehearsal

From getting your front entryway ready for Spring, helping you set that perfect Thanksgiving table, or getting your house styled for Christmas Epiphany Events & Design offers a variety of professional assistance and creativity to make your next get together a stunning success.  

 

Get in touch to see how we can help you with your next soiree.  Our Holiday Styling  and Décor Package involves a 1 hour Styling Consultation at your home so that we can discuss your budget, assess what you have and what you still need to achieve the perfect look (if you would like us to incorporate some of your own decor).  If you prefer a fresh start, we are happy to completely source and shop for your holiday or event instead.
